We at Guy's academy appreciate our clients! When we were designing our Academy, we not only wanted to provide the highest quality programs for our students, but also premium services to our clients. To that end, we are now providing the latest technology and top-of-the-line products for our students to apply to our privileged client base. Providing top-notch education requires the best and does have its' cost. We don't use poor quality products because they produce poor quality results... and students. Our training is the best because we are dedicated to producing the best. While we regretfully had to slightly elevate our prices to cover the costs of our tremendous and exciting upgrades, our rates are still far below that which one would expect to pay for the premium services and products we provide. We want you, the clients, to know that you help us to provide high quality students that focus on your needs now and after they graduate. We believe we produce the best quality students because we have the best clientele and we want to THANK YOU for your continued patronage as we continue to help make dreams reality.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The school
reserves the right to refuse clients.
Request
cannot be made based on race, sex or class level.
For the
protection of clients, only products furnished by the school will be
used.
Chemical
Services on children 12 and under are not guaranteed.
Clients
will be considered a no-show 10 minutes after their scheduled
appointment.
For safety
purposes only clients receiving services will be allowed on the
clinic floor.
No Shoes,
No Shirt, No Service.
Hair, skin
or nail care products that are purchased may not be brought in and
used on a later service.
An aide
must be present should a physically challenged client requires
assistance.
Your
children are welcome as CLIENTS ONLY.
Re-do
Policy: Should you
become dissatisfied with your chemical service, you must return and
have your hair examined by an instructor within five business days
of your visit. With approval, your service may be re-done, free of
charge within five business days.
Discounts
may not be combined with any other discount or package.
- Tipping: Should you feel like leaving a tip, the customary range is
between 10% - 20%, depending upon your satisfaction.
