3. Completed Student Application

4 High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

5. Birth Certificate or Copy of Driver’s License

6. Social Security Card

7. $100.00 School Registration Fee

The following doesn’t meet the required proof of education: Completion of a SBESE-Approved Home Study Program. In order to receive a Louisiana State Equivalency Diploma, the student must pass the General Educational Development (GED) test.
